We cannot sing high enough praises for this company. Following a very poor inspection (from a differwnt company) that left us without answers, Bill Baughman was such a breath of fresh air. He was straightforward, thorough, and honest. He didn’t cut corners, and he gave detailed explanation of his findings on site, as well as with followup when reports came through. Bill was genuine, friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. He was reassuring woth all our questions ans concerns, validating them and providing appropriate guidance and resources. We will highly recommend Bill and Michigan Pro for any future inspection needs.
